Visions - New Album From Tony Liotta

The renowned drummer Tony Liotta will release his homage to the soul and R&B sound of the 70s with »Visions« in 2023.

The Italian top drummer Tony Liotta is one of the most renowned drummers in the music industry. Growing up in the USA with the music of Frank Sinatra, Count Basie and the world-famous jazz drummer Buddy Rich, he received style-defining lessons from the latter and compared to the likes of Miles Davis.

He debuted live at Madison Square Garden at the age of ten, has since collaborated with numerous artists, has been featured on countless releases and has released several albums of his own.

The owner of the Dortmund »Tony Liotta Drumschool« also works as a producer and vocal coach. The rich experience that he gained through his diverse engagements has also flowed into his new album »Visions«.

With Louis-Virie Blanche (vocals) and Enrico Santacatterina (guitar, bass) at his side, an extraordinary album has emerged that is reminiscent of the soul and R&B of the 70s. The unique and funky Liotta groove makes it a masterpiece – not just for every drum fan!

Michael Kratz appears only as lead vocalist on Tony Liotta’s new album, Visions.
