A document over the projects of the past 15 years.

The Danish drummer Henrik Enqvist is one of the finest ambassadours of jazzfusion and west coast music in Denmark.

His music CV over the last 15 years is impressive with lots of studio work, live session around Europe and Los Angeles.

The summer of 2015 was also the celebration of two personal highlights, one the celebration of his 50th years birthday, and two – the release of his debut solo album. The album titled “Engqvisition” featuring 13 songs. The music is recorded both in studio and live in Denmark & USA.

“Engqvisition” is also a mirror of all the music friendship that Henrik Enqvist has collected over the years, and many of these are featured on the album, such as: Russell Ferrante & Jimmy Haslip from award winning Yellowjackets, the guitarists: Robben Ford, Jeff Richman, Oz Noy & Frank Gambale, Music Director from George Benson Band: David Garfield, also known from Karizma & Los Lobotomys, Alex Acuna, Ellis Hall Eliel Lazo and others.
