"2-4-7" New Single From Henrik Bank

Henrik Bank ready with new single – an honest story about love and boundaries.

On February 21st, Henrik Bank will release his new single, “2-4-7,” which focuses on the balance between giving everything in a relationship and at the same time preserving oneself. With an honest and raw text universe, accompanied by a melodic pop-country vibe, Henrik Bank invites listeners into a reflection on what it means to be there for each other – without losing oneself.

A song about honesty and appreciating the little things.
“2-4-7” was written in collaboration with Mogens Binderup, who also mixed and mastered the song – as well as the other songs on Henrik’s upcoming album, My Kind of Heaven. The lyrics revolve around the fundamental honesty in a relationship: being able to give yourself 100% to another person, but also being aware that no one can give more than they have. “Better think hard how the time is spent – life may bring you no surprises,” goes the song’s chorus, which emphasizes the importance of being present and realistic in your expectations.

Henrik also emphasizes the importance of appreciating the little things in everyday life, which can often be overlooked. Lines like “Wake up and the fire’s on” and “Radios playing loud your favorite song” are reminders of the small gestures that create warmth and presence in relationships. “We can quickly come to take each other for granted, but it’s the little things that matter,” says Henrik.

The Realization of Setting Limits.
With lines like “I’m already giving everything – but nothing more than 2-4-7,” the song makes an important point: finding balance in love. “If you try to give 110%, you’re being dishonest to both yourself and your partner,” Henrik explains. “2-4-7” is both a declaration of love and a reminder that healthy love is about giving what you can – and that’s enough.

Part of a new album project.
“2-4-7” is another single from Henrik’s upcoming album, My Kind of Heaven, which will be released on April 11, 2025. The album was created through a collaboration with some of the industry’s most talented musicians and songwriters. With the album, Henrik continues his musical journey, where the warmth and authenticity of country meets the melodic accessibility of pop.
